Return Policy:

Every child should have a fabulous fitting belt and quality hair bow, headband, and flip flops. Therefore, Sissy lu will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, on any product with the Sissy lu tag attached. Please note that the customer must incur the shipping costs to return the product. The customer will also incur the shipping cost on an exchange to ship new products to them, unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. So please use our sizing chart to insure the correct size is selected.
If the return is due to manufacturing defects, it is important that we receive the product for inspection so that future problems may be avoided. Sissy lu will then replace the item and will incur the shipping costs to send out the new product.
